Additionally, and specifically, I can attest to the fact that there are no kitchen facilities with sleeping bedrooms / shower amenities in either of the two existing buildings labeled "2-story shop" and "workshop" on Site Plan 0/001 dated 2-12-25, part of the set of drawings submitted for a proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit, a (2)-car garage, and a (2)-car garage with a ranch office. The existing building labeled "workshop" is a 1-car garage with a small workspace and an attached small greenhouse which is served by barrels of water (no plur4bing). lt was originally a horse barn that was remodeled to the garage circa2010. lt has no kitchen facilities, plumbing or bathing facilities, and does not have any habitable spaces. The existing building labeled "2-story shop" was built in 2005. lt contains a 1-car garage space with workshop areas on the first floor. lt has an artist studio on the 2-story. lt has a sink and heat, but no toilet or bathing facilities. Please let me know if you would like any more information on the existing conditions of the Tomcat Ranch.
