To Whom It May Concern:
Groundworks Colorado (Groundworks) has completed the repairs at the above-referenced property, in general
accordance with Permit No. BLRE-04-24-8620. Due to field conditions, three (3) additional piers were installed
as shown on the attached AS-BUILT drawing.
The push piers were installed to stabilize the house foundation system and to prevent further foundation
settlement. I have reviewed the driving logs and confirmed the push piers were driven to proper load bearing soil
strata and the foundation is stabilized in the affected areas. The push piers were installed in accordance with the
manufacturer’s guidelines and specifications.
This Engineering Certification letter should serve to close out the referenced permit. If you have any questions,
