Colorado Rocky Mountain School Bar Fork Renovations and Additions
Dear John,
Exterior grading at the Bar Fork was designed to accommodate handicap accessibility
requirements and existing conditions, i.e., existing first floor building elevation and the existing
irrigation bridge elevation.
In my professional opinion, the attached drawing addresses clearance from siding as well as
drainage at the south side of the Bar Fork addition.
