I am emailing in regard to the permit application SEPT-8849 for 128 County
Road 301, in parachute Colorado. The application is incomplete. Garfield
County requires a soil investigation prior to design approval as well as more
information about the site conditions - see the Garfield County OWTS
Application Checklist (attached). Please provide the materials listed in the
application checklist so we may proceed with the review of this application.
