of the submittals and approval of this Application, a Building Permit will be issued granting parmission to me, as
Owner, to construct the structure(s) and facilities detailcd on the submittals reviewcd by the Building Division. ln
consideration of the issuancc of the Buildin6 Pcrrnit, I agree that I and my il8Qnts will comply with provisions of any
fedcral, state or local law regulatinp, the work and thc Garfield County Building Coda, OWTS rcgulations and
applicable land usc rogulations {County Rcgulationts)}, All County development rr:quiring a parmit, except for
rcsidential uses. are subject to l\rticle 7 of the Land Ure and Dcvelopment Code. I acknowlcdgc that tha Building
permit may be suspended or revoked, upon notice from thc County, if thc location, construction or use of the
structure{s) and facility(ies), described above, are not in compliance with County Regulation{s} or any other
applicable law.
I hcreby grant permission to the Building Division to enter thc property, described above, to inspect the work. I
further acknowledge that the issuance of thc Building Permit does not prevent thc Building Official from: {1} requiring
the correction of crror$ in thc Submittals, if any, discovered after issuance; Or (2) stoppinB construction or use of thc
structure(s) or facility{ies} lf such is in violation of County Rcgulation{s} or any othcr applicable law. Revicw of this
