Prepared For: Major Grading Permit Application
Disturbed Area: Estimated > 20,000 SF
. 1. Soil Handling Procedures

Stockpiles will be located outside of drainage paths and within limits of disturbance,
and stabilized with temporary seed and erosion control blanket if left for >90 days.
a
a Stockpile heights will not exceed 8 feet to minimize compaction
b. Reapplication of Topsoil:
After grading and final contouring, topsoil will be reapplied at a minimum of 4 inches
depth across all non-hardscape disturbed areas.
