1) THIS GARAGE IS BEING REVIEWED AS UNHEATED. IF HEATED, ALL INSULATION IS
TO COMPLY WITH THE 2018 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE. SEE
ATTACHED DOCUMENTS.
2) THE APPROVED PLANS ARE TO BE ON-SlrE FOR INSPECTIONS.
3) SANITARY FACILITIES ARE REOUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS.
4) A LIST OF REOUIRED INSPECTIONS WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE PLANS. THE STATE
IS TO PERMIT AND APPROVE THE ELECTRICAL WORK.

INSPECTIONS PERFORMED BY THE STATE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR, (303) 869-3458
PLEASE HAVE THE INSPECTOR SIGN THE BUILDING CARD OR PROVIDE WRITTEN
DOCUMENTATION OF THE INSPECTIONS.
7) ALL EXTERTOR LIGHTING lS TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED.

ON THE WALLS. THE DOOR FROM THE GARAGE TO THE HOME IS TO BE 1 3/8'
SOLID CORE OR 20 MINUTE RATED. IF THERE'S LIVING SPACE ABOVE THE
GARAGE, THE SCREW PATTERN ON THE CEILING IS TO BE 6' OC ON THE
EDGES AND IN THE FIELD.
9) FLOOR DRAINS lN GARAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE TIED TO SEWER
UNLESS ROUTED THRU A SAND/OIL SEPARATOR. OTHERWISE, DAYLIGHT THE
DRAIN OR RUN TO A DRYWELL.
