THE DOOR FROM THE GARAGE TO THE HOME IS TO BE 1 3/8' SOLID CORE OR 20 MINUTE RATED. IF THERE'S LIVING SPACE ABOVE THE GARAGE, THE SCREW PATTERN ON THE CEILING IS TO BE 6' OC ON THE EDGES AND IN THE FIELD. 9) FLOOR DRAINS lN GARAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE TIED TO SEWER UNLESS ROUTED THRU A SAND/OIL SEPARATOR. OTHERWISE, DAYLIGHT THE DRAIN OR RUN TO A DRYWELL.
