adopted 2018 IECC and Climate Zone 5.
Depict and show outline the structure's building thermalenvelope. Outline should clearly show portions
of the building to be conditioned inside the envelope (and label or otherwise identify any areas remaining
unconditioned outside this envelope)

STRUCTURAL PLANS: Please provide the following information on the structural plans.. SOIL$ REPORT - lf the project is located in a subdivision with a final plat reguiring site specific
soils investigation report or if Structural plans make a specific reference to a soils report, ihen a
copy of the soils report is required to submit a building permit application.e Design specifications to include roof and dec* snow load, wind and seismic design and frost
depth.r Foundation plan showing complete footing and foundation dimensions.r Footing and foundation delails specifying reinforcement and referenced on plans.. Framing plans for each floor level and roof. All beams, columns, joists, r#ters and trusses
specified. Pre-manufactured strudurcs require the engineerc stamp, signature and date.r Framing /connection details, braced wall lines, shear wallschedule, location and hold downs.
NOTE: lf any required information is missing, delays in issuing the permit are to be expected. lf
determined by the Building Official that additional information is necessary to review the application
and/or plans for compliance, the application may be placed on hold untilthe required infonnation ie
provided. Work may not proceed without the issuance of a permil.
The Building Division will collect a Plan Review fee at time of application submittal. The permit fee, as
well as any Road lmpact fees will be collected when the permit is issued.
The permit application must be signed by the owner or by person having wriften authority from the owner
to act as their representative.
Building cannot be occupied untila Certificate of Occupancy (CO) is issued. Using the building without a
CO willbe considered an illegaloccupancy and may be grounds for vacating the premises. (Final/CO
inspection requirements will be attached to your approved field set of plans.)
