S) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS OF THE COLORADO STATE FOREST
SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. SEE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT WEBSITE FOR FU RTHER INFORMATION.
6) THE SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXTDE DETECTORS lN THE EXTSTTNG HOME ARE
TO MEET CURRENT CODE. IF WIRES CAN BE RUN WITHOUT REMOVING FINISHES,
THEN HARDWIRED DETECTORS ARE MANDATORY. (IRC R314, R315)
7) OVERHEAD STORAGE LOFT ABOVE NEW BATHROOM FOR FUTURE USE AS NON-
HABITABLE STORAGE ONLY. LOFT SHATL NOT BE USED FOR HABITABLE LIVING NOR
SLEEPING PURPOSES.
B) FOR BUtLDtNG FtLE RECORD, NO NEW BUtLDtNG OR ROOF PROJECTIONS SHOWN ON
STRUCTURAL PLAN DRAWINGS. FORMER OFFICE FIREPLACE IS BEING CONVERTED TO
