Request a few items to place in your permanent buitding fite:
1 . Submit a copy of the Huddteston Berry geotechnical report for new buitding foundation dated
11127t2O24 as referenced by StructuraI Engineer CIVCO Engineering lnc on S.'l dated 12120124. White
there appears to be a Huddteston Berry report for the onsite wastewater treatment system in the
companion septic apptication, no other reports were found retating to the foundation and buitding site. l'd

proposed new manufactured home totats some 1,708 sq ft of habitabte finished tiving space, it would be
most hetpf uI to confirm in writing the existing square footage for the Accessory Dwetling Unit for our
records. Doing so, wit[ attow me to comptete the zoning portion of the current buitding apptication.
