federal, state or local law regulatlnt the work and the Garfleld County Bullding Code OWTS regulatlons and
applicable land use regulatlons (CoUnry Regulatlon(s)). All County development requlrlng a permlt, exc€pt tor
resldentlal uses, are subJect to Artlcle 7 of the Land Use and Development Code. I acknowledge that the Eulldlng
Permlt may be suspended or revoked, upon notlce from the County, lf the locatlon, constructlon or use of the
structure{s) and faclllty(lesf, descrlbed above, are not ln compllance wlth County Regulatlon(s) or any other
appllcable law.
