A list of submittal requirements and outline of the review process for an Amended Final Plat are provided on the following pages. A new plat with surveyed information is critical to the review. Since the property is owned in trusts, Statements of Authority, that are recorded, will be required. Staff will provide additional documents and templates with this summary for your convenience. If you decide to have someone do the application on your behalf, please provide a letter of authorization signed by all owners showing that. The application should include materials to fulfill any Waiver of Submittal Requirements (Section 4-202) and Waiver of Standards (Section 4-118) requests. AMENDED FINAL PLAT REVIEW. A . Overview . This process shall be used to modify a Plat such as , but not lim ited to , mod ifying Lot Lines , Build ing Envelopes , easement locations , or other interests . B. Review Process. An applicat ion for an Amended Fina l Plat shall be processed pursuant to section 4-103, Administrativ e Revie w , and cons istent wi th Tab le 5-103 , wi th the followi ng mod ificat ion : 1. The Amended Final Plat shall be presented to the BOCC for signature , pr ior to recording wi th the County Clerk and Recorder. c. Review Criteria An application for an Amended Final Plat shall meet the followi ng criteria : 1. Does not increase the number of lots; and 2. Does not result in a major relocation of a road or add any new roads ; or 3. Will correct technical errors such as surveyin g or drafting errors . SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Three physical copies of the application and one digital copy of the application are required at the time of submittal. As a convenience outlined below is a list of information typically required for this type of application. C.R.S. § 24-65.5-103 requires that an applicant notify a mineral estate owner who either (1) is identified as such by the county tax assessor’s records; or (2) has filed in the Clerk and Recorder a request for notification.
