The FORD residential, case review is proceeding, zoning review is compteted now.
And I don't currentty have any requested ARCHITECTURAL CORRECTIONS to your submitted ptan sheets. Thank
you!
QUESTTON:
Please confirm the buitding designer's chosen ENERGY COMPLIANCE PATH?
1.a. Witt this be constructed using PRESCRIPTIVE PATH using TABLE R4O2.1.2? Yes or No?
Plans Examiner feedback: / do see a fair number of references fo R-values, Garfield County Climate Zone 5
and the 2018 IECC. But NO STATEMENT of a chosen ENERGY PATH for the building? Please provide an
email response to ct_virth@gartieWeoanty-co.gov -- so that I may accurately stamp and REDLINE the FORD'I
issued FIELD COPY. I'd |ike plans to state clearly the method of energy compliance (and if any tradeoffs)
for future lnspections at the site.
1.b. lf, I am wrong in presumption, and PRESCRIPTIVE PATH is desired using RESCHECK SOFTWARE AND A
RESCHECK REPORT -- then please deliver (2) paper copies of said report to the Garfietd County
Community Development front desk.
1.c. lf, a PERFORMANCE PATH using a HERS RATER and HERS RATER report is intended with 'trade offs',
then do submit (2) paper copies of said report atong with Rater's contact information to the Community
Devetopment front desk as wett.
