A Grand Junction, CO 81504 Re: Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) Colorado Rocky Mountain SchoolAddition and Remodel Mr. McLain, There has been a request to use a portion of the building while construction work is still taking place. I and the County lnspectors inspected the building on March 10th,2025, with your team and Karl Oliver with the Carbondale Fire District. We created a list of items to address to allow occupancy during construction, see attached. There is a conditional approval from the State Electrical lnspector, an approval from Carbondale & Rural Fire Protection District on the sprinkler and alarm, and approval from NWCCOG on the elevator. When the items on the list are completed and the field inspectors have inspected the items, a conditional approvalto use the spaces listed below is allowed. The areas to be occupied by the public are the Dining 101 , the second floor between grids 4-1 1 and grids C-K, Hallway 113, and the existing restrooms accessed by Hallway 1 13. The areas under construction are to be isolated from the general public/students. The public, students, and faculty are to have access to 2 exits at all times during the TCO timeframe. Please consider this letter as the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy allowing the occupancy of the areas stated above.
