FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCASTAND SHIELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: SHALL MEET WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE SEE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR
FURTHER INFORMATION.
6) WOOD SHTNGLES AND WOOD SHAKES ARE NOT ALLOWED rN THrS SUBDIVISION
PERSUANT TO RECORDED PLAT NOTES. DAVE CARDIFF CONSTRUCTION REPRESENTS
ASPHALT SHINGLES ON THE STRUCTURE. PROVIDE ARCHITECT'S ROOF ASSEMBLY DETAIL
WHEN MADE AVAILABLE, FIELD VERIFY MATERIALS DURING CONSTRUCTION.
7) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT rS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTTON 2,000 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACITY.
8) ALL HtcH STRENGTH BOLTTNG AND FrELD WELDING REOUTRES SPECIAL INSPECTOR.
PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION.
9) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE DETACHED GARAGE
SHOP ONLY ACCESSORY TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING
OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION
AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING
CODES IN EFFECT ATTIME OF FUTURE WORK.
