1) THE ACCESS ROAD IS TO BE SUBMITTED AS A SEPARATE GRADING PERMIT AS IT IS
ON A DIFFERENT PARCEL.
2) THIS GRADING PERMIT IS TO PREPARATION FOR FUTURE HANGER DEVELOPMENT.
PLANS FOR THE HANGERS HAVE NOT BEEN SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW; GRADING IS
AT THE APPLICANT'S OWN RISK.
3) THtS pERMtT tS FOR GRADTNG, UTrLrry INSTALLATION AND GROUNDWORK ONLY,
NO PLACEMENT OF CONCRETE FOR THE STRUCTURES ARE TO BE INSTALLED
UNTIL A BUILDING PERMIT IS ISSUED AND INSPECTIONS ARE PERFORMED.
4) THE APPROVED PLANS ARE TO BE ON-SlrE FOR INSPECTIONS.
5) SANTTARY FACILIIES ARE REOUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS.
6) UNDERGROUND UTtLtTy LOCATES rS THE RESPONSTBTLTry OF THE OWNER OR
CONTRACTOR. 811 IS THE COLORADO UTILITY LOCATE HOT LINE.
7) ANY WATER SUPPLY THAT FEEDS A FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM IS TO BE
INSPECTED BY THE FIRE MARSHAL FOR THAT FIRE DISTRICT PRIOR TO
BACKFILLING.
8) ALL THE INFRASTRUCTURE WORK IS TO BE INSPECTED BY THE ENGINEER OF
RECORD. PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER OF COMPLIANCE FROM THE ENGINEER
PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION OF THE BUILDING WHEN CONSTRUCTED.
9) FOLLOW ALL ENGINEERED PLANS, VERIFY ANY CHANGES WITH THE ENGINEER.
10)TNSTALL STORM WATER CONTROLS PRIOR TO ANY DIRT WORK.

12)REVEG ALL DISTURBED ALL THAT ARE NOT HARDSCAPED.
13)PROVIDE DUST CONTROL AS REOUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
