At this point, we would like to withdraw our application for the grading permit. As you are aware, the Owner purchased 9 RV units which are currently on site, and the use of these units is subject to a forthcoming LIR application. With the understanding that we will be submitting the LIR application for the Lodging land use later this summer, our intention is to safely store the 9 RV units in flat areas on the property without doing any grading at this time. The site is rather hilly, but we think we can find enough existing flat areas to store them in a few groups without having to do any interim grading. More information wil,l, be needed for the Grading Permit once/if Ptanning approves the facitities. Below is a list of basic requirements, additional information may be needed once the Limited lmpact Review is comptete. . At[ civil drawings are required to be stamped by the Engineer of Record. . Provide Utitity CiviI Drawings, inctude but not l,imited to water, sewer, etectricat. . Provide proof of adequate, retiabte, physicat, long term, and tegal water suppty. . OWTS Permit is required to be approved by the County's EnvironmentaI Heatth Department. (Septic) . Provide a Buitding Permit Appl,ication and associated drawings for the Bath House.
