Hello Bruce,
No accompanying AMENDED floor plans were included with EVOLVE structural engineers 3.2.01,S.2.2, 56,01 and 36-02
dated 1112612OZ+ ana received on 1210512024. Clouding / faint floor line graphics superimposed on EVOLVES structural
sheets are found unclear or incomplete.

1.a. lnclude location of the garage I house occupancy separation
1.b. Show /label proposed outline of the new "office space", including REVISED room addition sq ft

Casement? Single-or Double-hung?)
1.c. Show, if any, proposed change to the garage mechanical alcove space and related mechanical equipment /
appliances {clouding on structural unclear)
1.d. Show existing / proposed hose bibs and "relocated" natural gas meter(s). Previous Architectural A-104 amended
plans dated 08.1t.2024 seem to depict these exterior elements in same location of the "expanding" office space.
Request REVISED Architectural sheets be hand-delivered to our Garfield County Community Development Department
front desk, County Administration Building, 4th floor downtown Glenwood Springs.
