Dear€l'crnr and Gol leen, Attached please find the corrections you requested as individual sheets for slip-sheeting. Corrections to address prior to issuing a building permit: 1 This building appears to serve the Art Center and is being reviewed as an S-1 occupancy in Type V Construction. Please see new sheet G-02 with Occupancy and Use shown, clouded. 2 The new addition did not provide a dimension to the north property line. The new addition scales approximately 37' to the north property line. When a structure is within 50' of a property line, a stamped survey is to be submitted showing the improvements. (Amendment to IBC 107.2.5) Please see sheets AS-03 and AS-04 where the property line is shown, dimension and the area clouded. 3 The solar array is shown at 15.6 KW. The County Land Use Code requires an Administrative Review process for systems 1sKW to 500KW. Either schedule a Pre-App with Planning Department or reduce the solar array to under 1sKW. (LUDC Table 3-403) Please see A-115 and A-202 where we reduced the size of the array to 14.4 kW, clouded. 4 The remodeled restroom is to be accessible. Please provide adequate detailto verify compliance. The lavatory is not to be in the water closet clearances, a 5' diameter circle in the clear is required, grab bars, a righthand flush toilet model, knee and toe clearance on the lavatory, reach requirements for accessories within the restroom. (ANSI 4117.1) Please see A-111 with accessible bathroom plan and new interior elevations, clouded. 5 The sidewalk/landing outside the heated addition is shown at 36" depth. Landings outside doors are to be 44" in depth. Please change the drawings accordingly. (lBC 1010.1 .6) Please see A-111, clouded. 6 Please provide exit signs at the egress doors. (lBC 1013) Please see E-01 and E-02, clouded. 7 Please provide the R-10 slab edge insulation detailforthe new heated addition. (Table c402j.3) Please see A-304 with R-10 insulation shown around perimeter foundation wall, clouded. 1 8 Please provide the insulation value for the new interior wall separating the Cold Storage from the Pedestaland Hanging Shop. (Table C4021.3) Please see drawing 7, sheetA40l, clouded. 9 Please provide the soils report that is referenced in the structural notes. There is not a current soils report. The note is lncorrect.
