WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS PURSUANT RECORDED PLAT NOTE #2 and LETTER FROM
CARBONDALE & RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT: SHALL COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT.
OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY CONCRETE
