ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) ALL EXTERTOR LtGHTtNG TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHtELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO
STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE REFER TO THE
GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNIry DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION.
6) SEPTIC SYSTEM REVIEW / APPROVALS: PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PROVIDE FINALAPPROVAL/ SIGN-OFF FROM
GARFIELD COUNTY'S PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT.
7) POLE BARN CORE AND SHELL FOOTING / FOUNDATION / FRAMING INSPECTIONS
UNDER ACTIVE PERMIT #: BLRE-08-24-8874.
B) ROUGH-IN PLUMBING, MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL INSPECTIONS SHALL BE
REOUIRED FOR NEW INTERIOR RESIDENTIAL LIVING AND PRIVATE USE ATTACHED
GARAGE SPACE. SIMILARLY, SEPARATE FRAMING INSPECTIONS PER ATTACHED
STRUCTURAL S-4.3 APPLY THEREAFTER. IT SHALL REMAIN AT THE DISCRETION OF
GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTOR - BASED ON OBSERVED CONDITIONS
AT TIME OF FRAME INSPECTION - TO REOUIRE STAMPED ENGINEER'S LETTER
