& CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLYWITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE
SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE REFER TO
THE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNIry DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
6) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE
COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR. 2,500 PSF soil bearing.
7) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME INSPECTION.
8) BLOWER DOOR TEST IS REOUIRED. MUST SUBMIT BLOWER DOOR TEST REPORT TO GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY
