At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new sewer line and cleanout adjacent to the residence, the new poly 1,000-gallon two- compartment septic tank with an effluent filter in the outlet tee of the tank, the new effluent line, the new distribution box, and the two gravelless chamber trenches. The septic tank and distribution box were installed level with access brought to grade. The trenches consisted of 18 ARC 36 chambers per trench (36 total chambers, 540 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end of each trench. We received an as-built drawing of the constructed system and a letter certifying that the system was constructed in general conformance with the permitted design from the OWTS designer dated July 17, 2025. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
