MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE
FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE SEE GARFIELD COUNTY
COMMUNIry DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
6) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT rS REOUTRED AT FOOTTNG INSPECTION 1,500 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACIry.
7) PRE EINGEERED TRUSSES: PROVIDE TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS AT FRAME
INSPECTION.
8) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS AN ATTACHED 528 SO FT
GARAGE ADDITION WITH NO FINISHED LIVING SPACE. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN
BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING
PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING
REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE
