CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCASTAND SHIELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLYWITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE
FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE SEE GARFIELD COUNTY
COMMUNIry DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
6) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION 1,500 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACIry.
7) PRE-FAB ROOF TRUSSES: PROVIDE ENGINEERED TRUSS DRAWINGS AT FRAME
INSPECTION.
B) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE DETACHED,
COLD STORAGE, GARAGE ONLY ACCESSORY TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE. ANY
FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A
NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH
ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF
FUTURE WORK.
