Below is a list of conditions. Documentation is to be provided during construction. Please contact me if clarification is required. Gonditions of the Gradins Permits: 1 This Grading Permit is to install utilities and dig the foundation for the new home. An OWTS Permit is to be approved by Garfield County Environmental Health prior to installation on the septic. 3 Garfield County Sheriff has designated Stage 2 Fire Restrictions. Please see the attached new release. There should be no grinding or torching of rebar or any metal until an on-site water supply is on site approved by the local Fire District. 4 The engineer of record rs to view the intrastructure work and provide a letter of acceptance to the County Bulldlng Department. 5 Any water supply that feeds a fire suppression system is to be inspected by the Fire Marshal for that Fire District prior to backfilling. 6 Sanitary facilities are required to be provided for workers. 7 Underground utility locates is the responsibility of the owner or contractor. 81 1 is the Colorado Utility Locate Hot Line. 8 Electrical Code compliance will be determined based on field inspections performed by the State Electrical lnspector, (303) 869-3458.
