Recitals
A. The Board of County Commissioners ("Board") received an application for an Amended
Plat ('Application"), known as File No. MISA 12-23-8993. The property is located in the NW %
SW % of Section 26 and in the NE % SE % of Section 27 , all in Township 6 South, Range 94 West
of the sixth principal meridian, Garfield County.
B. The Application requested a Minor Subdivision to divide the Dotson's12.956 into two
Iots of 10.720 Acres and2.237 Acres. by Patrica and Kirk Dotson ("Applicants"). The Applicants
provided documentation demonstrating compliance with the review criteria for Minor Subdivision
and the Application was heard concurrently with the Dotson Basic Conection Exemption
Application.
C. The Dotson property is approximately 12956 acres in size and is owned by the
Applicants and further described in Exhibit A.

RESOLUTION
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, that:

A. The forgoing Recitals are incorporated by this r6ference as part of the rtsolution.
B. The Dotson Minor Subdivision is hereby aiproved,,creating two lots, subject to compliance
with the following conditions of approval.
1, That all representations contained in the'Application submittals shall be conditions
of approval, unless specifically arnended or modified by'the'conditions contained herein.
2. Prior to the subrnittal of the final plat for execution, all school land dedication fees
shall be paid.
3. Prior to the submittal of the final plat for execution, additional information
addressing the County Assessor's office concerns on the bearings and distances of the
western boundary shall be provided and noted on the Final Plat as necessary.
4. Prior to the submittal of the final plat for execution, a draft version of the plat will be
provided for final review by Garfield County Suff and Surveyor. This draft shall demonstrate
compliance with all representations and conditions of approval. Only a digital version of the
draft final plat is required for this review.

Recitals

Correction Exemption to approve the current 12.956 acre configuration of the properly owned by
Patrica and Kirk Dotson ('Applicants"). The Applicants provided docurnentation ofextraordinary
and exceptional special circumstances or conditions unique to the Applicants' properly and that
the special circumstances and conditions were not directly resulted from any act of the Applicants.
C. The Dotson property is approximately 12.956 acres in size and is owned by the
Applicants and further described in Exhibit A.

the cunent 12.956 -acre configuration of the Miller property, subject to compliance with the
following conditions of approval.

of approval, unless specifically amended or modified by the conditions contained herein.
2. Prior to the submittal of the final plat for execution, additional information
