Hi Omar,
Thank you for the update. I have approved your extension request to 180 days from
today. Your permit is extended until Jan. 24th, 2026, you will have until then to call an
inspection. Typically, you would need an inspection every 180 Days to keep the permit
active.
Sincerely,
John Plano

Good morning John,
I was wondering if it is too late to get an extension for permit BLCO-05-23-8129. I believe I am
past my expiration date, but I was really hoping I can still do something about it.
The reason I am asking for the extensions is because I had to pause the shop project for quite
a while because things at my job slowed down a lot. A couple of projects I had got
unexpectedly cancelled, so the funds I was counting on weren't there anymore, so I was
forced to pause my shop project. Thankfully, things are starting to pick up so I am really
hoping I can resume work in my shop. I'd greatly appreciate if you could let me know what I
need to do to get an extension. Thanks so much!
Thank you,
Omar Saucedo

Hi Omar,
The expiration date on the permit is if you have not had any inspections. You have 180 days
from your last inspection, which was on 12/27/24.
You have til June 25th 2025 to call another inspection. If you don’t have an inspection by then,
just shoot me an e-mail requesting an extension with a reason why it’s needed.
Hope it’s going well,
John Plano
