BATTLEMENT MESA Service Association The preliminary plan submittal package shall consist of rhe following. Please complete any additional information that is required in the spaces provided below. A. Site plan at an appropriare scale (not less rhan l/20-=1') showing the location of buildings, building envelope, building setback dimensions, the residence and all buildings or other structures, driveway, parking areas and a grading plan and drainage plan, including existiag and proposed topography and prel-iminary landscape plan. Preliminary landscape plan may be combined on Site plan. B. Roof plan and floor plan at no less than 1/8"=l'' c. Exterior elevarions (ati) wirh both exisring and final grade lines ar s:rme scale as floor plans. Staking: The applicarrt shall providc prelirnirnry staking at thc corners of the residence or othcr maior improvement and at such other locations as requested by the ARC. An ARC Fee, in the amount of $300, is payable to the Batrlement Mesa Service Association. This fee will cover the ARC Meering time and on-sire inspections. This fee assumes up to three (3) hours of meedng time- Additional fees may be required for extended meeting times. K. Builder,s Complerion Deposit.is payable to the Battlement Mesa Service Association.
