The onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) of reference was inspected by this office on July
28, 2025. The system was found to conform with the plans and specifications set forth in the
OWTS design for the aforementioned property prepared on July 2, 2025, with the following note:
-90 Arc36 chambers were installed in lieu of 90 Quick4 Standard Infiltrators. The total area
of the soil treatment area is 1,800 sq. ft., which exceeds the design area of 1,080 sq. ft.
Swimming pools, ponds, or other water features were not included in the submitted or approved
design. Setback of OWTS components from property lines and easements are based on information
provided by owner or owner’s representative. Soil cap and final grading associated with any
OWTS components are not included in this certification. Copies of the engineered plan are on file
at the Garfield County Building Department or may be obtained from the undersigned design
engineer.
