S) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS OF THE COLORADO STATE FOREST
SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. SEE GARFIELD COUNry COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT WEBSITE FOR FU RTH ER INFORMATION.
6) BASEMENT EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE AND WINDOW WELL PROVISIONS (PER
2015 IRC SECTION R31O) ARE ATTACHED FOR OWNER REFERENCE.
7) WET BAR: AN AREA OF A ROOM THAT IS DESIGNED TO BE USED FOR SERVING OF
BEVERAGES, THAT MAY ONLY HAVE A SINGLE-BAR SINK AND NO STANDARD SIZE KITCHEN
APPLIANCES SUCH AS A STOVE, OVEN, DISHWASHER OR FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR.
COUNTER SPACE IS LIMITED TO 25 SO FT.
B) CURRENT SCOPE REVIEWED AS A ONE.FAMILY DWELLING WITH PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL
USES ALLOWED IN RURAL ZONE DISTRICT. FUTURE CHANGE TO BUILDING USE OR
OCCUPANCY, SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT AND LAND USE CHANGE
PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ADOPTED CODES AND LAND USE REGULATIONS IN

ARE TO MEET CURRENT CODE. IF WIRES CAN BE RUN WITHOUT REMOVING
