o Protective measures will be added for retention ponds to prcvent impact from

Acknowledgment of Grading Permit Conditions:
We understand and accept the following conditions associated with the issuance of the Grading
Permit:
1. The permit authorizes only the relocation of existing on-site stockpiles, as part of the
approvcd Land Usc lcnnit, The fill dirt on the East end will be compacted and bermed to
insure additional debris flow capacity while the site is idle.
2. The grading work will be completed within 30 days of the permit issuance.
3. No further material processing will occur on the site until the appropriate permits are
secured,
4, The current water tank location is acceptable for dust mitigation purposes.
5, A Letter of Acceptance/Compliance from the Civil Engineer of Record will be submitted
with the Building Permit application, confrrmingthat infrastructure, compaction, and
dlainage havc beeu installed in acoordance with the appruvetl engineered plans. We
understand that final grading will be completed following the construction of the storage
units. The drainage required for the actual mini storage buildings has not been completed.
There are three culverts that have been installed from the detention basins for the site
drainage as engineercd. There is still grading and additional debris control measures that
will need to be installed prior to CO. We need to be able to maintain the four drainage
basins as required.
6, Dust mitigation measures will be implemented during and after stockpile relocation.
7. We will call for inspection upon completion of the relocation.
Please review the enclosed materials and let us know if any further revisions or clarifications are
needed. We ate conllllitted to adheriug to all requirements and ensuring that the work ls
completed in accordance with local codes and standards.
