Re: Grading Permit, Parcel #218301100069
GRAD-03-20-6195
Dear Mr. Gould,
I went by the site to verify if the grading was complete..in reference to grading permit GRAD-03-
2O-6i95. Upon my inspettion, thlre afpears to be.quite a bit of work in progress on the
property that is outside the bounds of the now-expired grading permit'
The last permit extension for the referenced Grading Permit specifically stated the grading for
the proposeO storagel.Cifity would be completed by November of 2024' lt appears that grading
for the storage facility is complete'
Based on my observations, as documented by the attached photos, material processing is
t"Ling place on tne property. Material processing is not an allowed use under the expired
grading permit, ,. *".'"*piicitly stated in the extension letter. A Land Use Change Permit is
iequire"o'to use tne-pioperty roimaterials processing, as a Gravel operation, or a contractor's
Yard.
The ongoing operations on this site are beyond the sc9q9 of the now:expired grading permit
and are to cease immediately. All machinery and stockpiles are to be removed within 30 days of
the date of this letter. lf these conditions are not remedied within that timeframe, a Notice of
Violation (NOV) will be issued'
