Thank you for the proposaI regarding the stabitization of the site. After review of the pretiminary drawing
for the proposed relocation of the stockpites on the site, we have some items we want added to the
drawings, ptease see the items betow.

Conditions of the Grading Permit:
. This Grading Permit is strictty for the retocation of the existing stockpiles that are for the on-site
construction pursuant to the approve Land Use Permit. understood, we had discussed that the
fitt dirt on the east end woutd be spread out less than 2 feet thick on the east end given that is
where it wil.l, be needed. (ls this agree"ab[e?) I can detait this and draw it if necessary
. The timeframe of the Grading Permit is 30 days from the issuance. understood
. When retocation is comptete no additional activity or processing materiats is to take ptace on site
untit appropriate permits are issued. understood
. The current location of the water tank is acceptabte for dust mitigation. thank you
o A Lett€r of Acceptance/Compl,iance from the Civit Engineer of Record that the infrastructure,
compaction, and drainage has been instatted per the engineered plans is to be submitted with the
Buitding Permit Submittats. With the understanding that the finat grading is to be comptete after
construction of the storage units. for ctarification, the drainage required for the actua[ mini
storage buitdings has not been compteted, there are three cutverts that have been instatted from
the detention basins for the site drainage as engineered, there is stil,l, grading, and additional.
debris control measures that wil,l, need instatted prior to CO. We woutd Like to be abte to maintain
the four drainage basins as required (wittthis be agreeabl.e?)
