3) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC
BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) ALL EXTERTOR LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLYWITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE
FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE SEE GARFIELD COUNTY
COMMUNIry DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
6) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT rS REOUTRED AT FOOTING TNSPECTTON 2,500 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACIry.
7) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES: HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
8) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING PROPOSED ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS -
IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS.
9) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE, DETACHED
GARAGE ACCESSORY TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN
BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING
PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING
REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE
WORK.
