PLEASE REFER TO THE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. 6) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY CONCRETE POUR.
