IF ADDITIONAL STRUCTURAL DEFICIENCIES ARE v ENCOUNTERED DURING FOUNDATION REPAIR WORK, THEN A SUBSEQUENT EVALUATION AND STRUCTURAL DETAILS MAY BE DEEMED NECESSARY FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. 3) ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL FIELD VERIFY INSTALLATION OF 11 PUSH PIERS AND OTHER REPAIRS AS REFERENCED IN BUILDING APPLICATION. ENGINEER'S STAMPED APPROVAL REPORT IS REQUIRED AT BUILDING FINAL INSPECTION. •� 4) IF GAS METER IS DISCONNECTED, A GAS PIPE PRESSURE TEST AND INSPECTION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR METER RECONNECTION. 5) FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION BY GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING DEPT IS REQUIRED AFTER COMPLETION OF FOUNDATION REPAIRS.
