TREAT EXISTING WEEDS PRIOR TO RELOCATING PLANTS AND SEEDS. 5) REVEGITATE ALL DISTURBED AREAS THAT ARE NOT PART OF A ROAD OR NON - SEEDED AREA. 6) PROVIDE EROSION CONTROLS UNTIL SEEDED AREAS CAN BE ESTABLISHED. 7) PROVIDE DUST CONTROL AS REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION. 8) MAINTAIN ALL DRAINAGE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, DRAINAGE SHALL NOT ENTER NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OTHER THAN HISTORIC DRAINAGE. 9) FOLLW ENGINEERED PLANS. VERIFY ANY CHANGES WITH THE ENGINEER. 10) GRADING AT THE OWNER OR CONTRACTORS OWN RISK. THE BUILDING PERMIT IS PENDING REVIEW. THIS GRADING PERMIT IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED AN APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.
