1) THE APPROVED PLANS ARE TO BE ON -SITE FOR INSPECTIONS.
2) SANITARY FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS.
3) A LIST OF REQUIRED INSPECTIONS WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE PLANS. THE STATE
IS TO PERMIT AND APPROVE THE ELECTRICAL WORK.

4) ELECTRICAL CODE COMPLIANCE WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON FIELD
INSPECTIONS PERFORMED BY THE STATE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR, (303) 869-3458.
PLEASE HAVE THE INSPECTOR SIGN THE BUILDING CARD OR PROVIDE WRITTEN
DOCUMENTATION OF THE INSPECTIONS.
5) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING IS TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED.
6) SAFETY GLAZING IS NOT DESIGNATED ON THE PLANS. SAFETY GLAZING WILL BE
CHECKED DURING THE FRAMING AND FINAL INSPECTION. (IBC 2406.4)
7) ANY EXPOSED FOAM IS TO BE COVERED WITH AN IGNITION BARRIER OR A
THERMAL BARRIER BASED ON LOCATION. (IRC R316)
8) THE GARAGE IS BEING PROPOSED AS A LIVINGROOM. THIS AREA NOT TO BESET
UP AS A SEPARATE RENTAL AREA, IT IS TO BE PART OF THE EXISTING HOME.
9) THE ASSESSOR INDICATES THE HOUSE IS HEATED BY FORCED AIR (FAU).
HEATLOSS CALCULATIONS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE INSPECTORS AT
FRAMING INSPECTION TO VERIFY IF THE EXISTING FAU HAS THE CAPACITY TO
HEAT THE ADDITIOANL LIVING SPACE.
10) MINIMUM INSULATION VALUES ARE TO BE VERIFIED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
11) R-10 SLAB EDGE INSUATION TO BE INSTALLED ON THE EXTERIOR FOUNDATION
WALLS. SEE EXAMPLES IN THE PERMIT DOCUMENTS.
