RESUBMIT (2) full sized paper sets of REVISED ARCHITECTURAL PLANS referencing Garfield County's adopted 2018 International Energy Conservation Code IECC and Climate Zone 5B. As plans were originally drafted in June 2022, the previously adopted 2009 IECC edition and older R- values appear to be referenced. The more stringent 2018 IECC went into effect on June 30, 2023.
