The Land Use and Development Code requires a Major Land Use Process to allow this type of operation.
It is not a good use of my time reviewing a Building Permit Application that cannot be issued. My
apologies that it was accepted at the front counter. I am putting this on hold until the Land Use Process is
submitted and approved.
For reference, attached is the correction letter when a Grading Permit was submitted July 81h, 2024 for the
meat processing facility. Some of this may be addressed in the new submittal, but when a full review is
complete there maybe additional information needed.
