1) THE APPROVED PLANS ARE TO BE ON -SITE FOR INSPECTIONS.
2) SANITARY FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS.
3) A LIST OF REQUIRED INSPECTIONS WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE PLANS. THE STATE IS TO PERMIT
AND APPROVE THE ELECTRICAL WORK.

4) UNDERGROUND UTILITY LOCATES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER OR CONTRACTOR.
811 IS THE COLORADO UTILITY LOCATE HOT LINE.
5) DRAINAGE ACROSS PROPERTY LINES SHALL NOT EXCEED THAT WHICH EXISTED PRIOR TO
GRADING. EXCESS OR CONCENTRATED DRAINAGE SHALL BE CONTAINED ON SITE OR
DIRECTED TO AN APPROVED DRAINAGE FACILITY. EROSION OF THE GROUND IN THE AREA OF
DISCHARGE SHALL BE PREVENTED BY INSTALLATION OF NON -EROSIVE DOWN DRAINS OR
OTHER DEVICES.
6) ELECTRICAL CODE COMPLIANCE WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON FIELD INSPECTIONS
PERFORMED BY THE STATE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR, (303) 869-3458. PLEASE HAVE THE
INSPECTOR SIGN THE BUILDING CARD OR PROVIDE WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION OF THE
INSPECTIONS.
7) GEOTECHNICAL OBSERVATION IS REQUIRED WHEN THE EXCAVATION IS COMPLETE AND
WRITTEN VERIFICATION BE SUPPLIED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 2000 PSF.
8) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING IS TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED.
9) ANY EXPOSED FOAM IS TO BE COVERED WITH AN IGNITION BARRIER OR A THERMAL BARRIER
BASED ON LOCATION. (IRC R316)
10)THE BUILDING REVIEWED AS AN UNHEATED, PRIVATE USE GARAGE, ACCESSORY TO THE
EXISTING RESIDENCE. FUTURE CHANGE(S) IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE
SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH
ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
INSTALL STORMWATER CONTROLS PRIOR TO ANY DIRT WORK.
LOCATE ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO ANY WORK. 811 IS THE STATE UTILITY LOCATE NUMBER
CONTROL NOXIOUS WEEDS. TREAT EXISTING WEEDS PRIOR TO RELOCATING PLANTS AND SEEDS.
REVEGITATE ALL DISTURBED AREAS THAT ARE NOT PART OF A ROAD OR NON -SEEDED AREA.
PROVIDE EROSION CONTROLS UNTIL SEEDED AREAS CAN BE ESTABLISHED.
PROVIDE DUST CONTROL AS REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
MAINTAIN ALL DRAINAGE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, DRAINAGE SHALL NOT ENTER NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OTHER
FOLLOW ENGINEERED PLANS. VERIFY ANY CHANGES WITH THE ENGINEER.
