The DRC concluded the final review for your proposed project at Lot E21 on 9/17/25. Thank you for
having your architectural team available to answer questions. Your project is officially approved by the
Aspen Glen DRC.
Site Materials Mock-ut) — A materials color mock-up wall must be built on -site within 20 days after the
onsite pre -construction meeting. Once the mock-up has been built, please contact Silver Mountain
Properties so they can coordinate the final approval of exterior materials.
Pre -Construction Meeting - An on -site pre -construction meeting is required before construction may
commence. Please contact the DRC Administrator to arrange for these inspections/meetings per the
Design Guidelines and for a final site inspection by the DRC.
Prior to closing the file and returning the builder's completion deposit, copies of the Certificate of
Occupancy must be provided to the DRC.
Please keep in mind that a copy of your approved plans will be kept on file for periodic review by the
Design Review Committee to ensure compliance with your approved plans. Any anticipated changes from
your approved plans must be submitted to, reviewed by, and received approval from the Design Review
Committee prior to making any changes.
