Exterior footers were constructed/installed as designed at 24” footers with 3#5 rebar with supporting rebar at 12” centers. Interior footers were 18” with 2#5 rebar at 12” centers (B) and 30” with 4 #5 rebar (C). Vertical bars were approved to wet set for walls at 32”. Interior pads (C) constructed as designed at 30”x30” with 3 #5 rebar each way. Exterior column pads were 18”x18” and 30”x30” with 2 and 3 #4 rebar each way. Residential ufer was installed. Please see attached pictures. 2 | P a g e RE: Stem wall 4410 CR 209 Debeque, CO 81630 Inspections of the stem walls on 4410 CR 209 in Debeque were completed on November 3rd, 2025. Walls were constructed as designed with 2 #5 rebar top and bottom with horizontal supports at 18” centers and 32” vertical supports. Walls were constructed at 36” height and 8” width per design recommendations. Concrete Piers on columns were constructed with 4 #4 vertical rebar and # 4 ties at 12” centers.
