We have secured approval for water from the Basalt Water Conservancy District and are submitting a new well permit application in accordance with our attorney's recommendations. I would be happy to forward the relevant correspondence if you would like to review it. Our property is equipped with a septic system and tank designed to accommodate the approved number of bedrooms plus one additional unit. The recent home renovation exceeded $1 million in costs, leaving no remaining funds to address the ADU at this time. You will be the first to know when we proceed through the proper channels to formalize the ADU. The ADU is supposed to be disconnected from the septic until it can be legitimized. I wondering what the timeframe is for that to happen.
