It is essentially in violation of the Temporary Use Permit that has been issued. • The new property has been deeded together, but a boundary line adjustment is to be recorded. • Amend the Temporary Use Permit to include the newly acquired property and new rink or • Submit for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) to include all uses on both, combined properties.
