Subject:
Skate Rink on new property
Simon,
C-3
I regret to say I cannot issue the Grading Permit for the partially built rink that is under a Stop Work Order.
It is essentially in violation of the Temporary Use Permit that has been issued.
• The new property has been deeded together, but a boundary line adjustment is to be recorded.
• Amend the Temporary Use Permit to include the newly acquired property and new rink or
• Submit for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) to include all uses on both, combined properties.
Sincerely,
John Plano
