Hi Jason,
I have a Grading Permit submitted to level off some of your lot "to be more useable".
The concern I have is if the area is to park and store things for your business you will need to set up a pre-app
meeting with the Planning Department. It would be considered a Small Contractor Yard, justifying an
Administrative Review. Attached is a pre-app form to get scheduled with the Planning Department.
If this area is for a different use, please explain how this area will be used.
