INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

INFORMATION.
6) OWNER BUILDER TO ENSURE NO CONSTRUCTION PARKING / STAGING AREA ��
OVER THE EXISTING SEPTIC TANK AND LEACH FIELD AREA. �\
7) CURRENT WORK SCOPE REVIEWED AS A DECK ADDITION ONLY AFTER TIME OF
C.O. FINAL. ORIGINAL HOME INSPECTIONS FOUND UNDER HISTORIC PERMIT
RECORD BLRE-03-21-6755.
8) IF DECK ADDITION TO THE EXISTING RESIDENCE RESULTS IN ANY NEW
INTERIOR RENOVATION WORK, THEN OWNER BUILDER ADVISED THE SMOKE
AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS IN EXISTING HOME ARE TO MEET
CURRENT CODE. IF WIRES CAN BE RUN WITHOUT REMOVING FINISHES, THEN
HARDWIRED DETECTORS ARE MANDATORY. (IRC R314, R315)
INSTALL STORMWATER CONTROLS PRIOR TO ANY DIRT WORK.
LOCATE ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO ANY WORK. 811 IS THE STATE UTILITY LOCATE NUMBER
CONTROL NOXIOUS WEEDS. TREAT EXISTING WEEDS PRIOR TO RELOCATING PLANTS AND SEEDS.
REVEGITATE ALL DISTURBED AREAS THATARE NOT PART OF A ROAD OR NON -SEEDED AREA.
PROVIDE EROSION CONTROLS UNTIL SEEDED AREAS CAN BE ESTABLISHED.
PROVIDE DUST CONTROLAS REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION,
MAINTAIN ALL DRAINAGE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, DRAINAGE SHALL NOT ENTER NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OTHER THAN HISTORIC DRAINAGE.
FOLLOW ENGINEERED PLANS. VERIFYANY CHANGES WITH THE ENGINEER,
