I spoke with management, and at this time we cant issue you a waiver for the building application for your home.
We reviewed both the State and the County rules and regs and this is a county issue that you will have to work

Michael, I just talked to Philip Berry ( pberry arfieidcount co. oY ), at the Garfield County Community Development Department
that approves building permits, about what do for getting a variance to the 500 foot limit. He needs a letter from Venator Resources
tome that it is acceptable for me to build a house within 500 feet of the well on my property. He will handle the waiver from that
point, so Venator does not to do anything else.
