I will Brian.
One item very helpful to understand on the SGM stamped SURVEY or vicinity map(s).
I'm seeing a label for "EX. WELL"
Would that specific label reference reflect an existing state well permit for potable water supply?
There is an existing well at the "EX WELL" location that has potable water analyzed by
the Colorado State laboratory and that has been permitted through the State of
Colorado. Brian
With regard to your other oil /gas type submittal documents, I've read through those,
Are those well pads shown anywhere on a plan drawing?
I realize the SGM plans are detailing `partial'truncated view of the site without including ALL of your lot boundary
lines.
I'm just not getting a clear feel for how far your new building site will be measured in feet from these (oil / gas)
features.
I see conversation with our Senior Planner, Philip Berry in the documents turned in and do plan to circle back with
Philip once he and I are both back in the office.
FYI: Other similar projects, I typically see client graphically identify the existing / active / abandoned well pad, with
a line and distance measurement to the new building.
I have not seen any SGM plan drawings that show the location of the wells. The house
site is 400 feet from the Venator/Mustang well and the 402 feet from the Terra well. I
have attached two google maps with the distance shown if that might be helpful -Brian
Also I am still preparing to work with Glenn Hartmann, Garfield County Community Development Dept Head (and
floodplain manager) —
Have his eyeballs on the SGM stamped plan, to see IF any further data or line reference needs added for sign off on
the building permit.
Glenn had an in -person conference with me early in the year so I could understand the
flood plane issues. So, SGM assisted me in the effort to make sure I was out of the flood
plane. Brian
This email is not intended to reflect full comment letter, but any discussion comment or replies you Would like to
add now to this correspondence will likely aid in more efficient discussion with Philip and Glenn.
FYI: I'm scheduled out of the office today (FRI) having reached 40 hours early and away from desk phone to hear /
retrieve voice mail messages / email is more optimal and best).
Thanks a bunch, we're inching ahead...
Colleen
